canon stuff
There are a lot of websites which have Tei's canon information. However, to make sense of them, you first have to understand what media Tei comes from. This character is not from an anime or a videogame. In a sense, she is a mascot.
You may have heard of Vocaloid. Vocaloid is a voice synthesizing software; users input lyrics and the program (personified by anthropomorphic characters representing the voice) sings them back. UTAU is very similar to Voclaoid, but the basic engine is freeware, and 99% of UTAU voicebanks are also free. The Vocaloid and the UTAU fandoms have a lot of overlap but technically speaking aren't quite canon to each other. (This is basically the same as Dragon Ball Z's relationship to Dragon Ball GT; the events of Z are canon to DBZ, but the events of GT are not canon to DBZ.)
Tei Sukone, the character of this account, is a UTAU (sometimes called an UTAUloid) in that she has a voicebank for UTAU the program. Now that you know this, hopefully her canon information will make sense.

Translation notes | ||
---|---|---|
Name | Tei Sukone (健音テイ) | Family name Sukone, given name Tei. Her family name ends in 音 as was common for Vocaloids and UTAU at the time. Her family name 健音 literally means "healthy sound." |
Nickname | Scottei (すこってい) | A pun on the Scottie brand of tissues. |
Weight | 50 kg | |
Height | 171.2 cm | |
Age | 19 years | |
Clothes | Sailor suit | Tei's clothes are likely based on Rin's, which in turn are based on Japanese middle school uniforms, which in turn are based upon sailor/naval uniforms. It is likely this is a deliberate design choice, as a huge number of the UTAU/Vocaloid OCs she mocks have a sailor uniform design. |
Charm point (hairstyle) | Absurdly long hair | I'm not sure if "messy long hair" or "amazingly long hair" is a more accurate translation. |
Hair color | Silver | |
Eye type | Sharingan | しゃりんがん is what Tei's wikia table uses, which is hiragana spelling for 写輪眼, the usual phrase for Sharingan. I've heard elsewhere it only comes out when she's covered in blood, and her official art reflects this, but I haven't been able to find a Japanese orginal source for that aspect. |
Breasts | C cup size | Roughly a B cup in American sizes. |
Personality | Yandere | A yandere is a Japanese character trope. It's someone who appears loving, but is secretly obessive and violent. It is not a diagnosis, nor is it sociopathy/psychopathy, and should not be used to describe real-life mental illness nor real-life people. |
Ideosyncracy | Masturbates everywhere | This isn't a translation mistake. オナニー can only be masturbation or coitus interruptus. Sorry 'bout it. |
Masturbation trigger | Traffic signals | |
Crush | Len Kagamine | Specifically, Len Kagamine, the most popular male Vocaloid. Likely done to piss people off, because the fandom thirst for Len is ridiculous. |
Item at hand | Cucumber | Vocaloids have been assigned "character items" by fans since the early days. Keeping in the tradition, many UTAU have character items as well, although these are usually decided by the creators of the UTAU instead of the fandom. I hypothesize Tei's cucumber is a pun on the "model number" on her arm, Q, which itself a pun on "kill" (kiru in Japanese). It is likely also a reference to masturbation. |
Favorite saying | "Die" | 死ね literally translates to "die" as an imperitive command, i.e. telling someone to die. However, it can also be used as an insult, roughly equivalent to "fuck off." |
Student of this university | Waseda University Faculty of Fundamental Science and Engineering | I'm not entirely certain this isn't Waseda's Material Science and Engineering department, which appears to have preivously been a deparment at Waseda that doesn't exist anymore but still has a half-broken webpage. |
Recent unlucky event | PM Yukio Hatoyama's misdeeds | Hatoyama was a former prime minster of Japan. In 2010, around the time Tei was being created, he was an unpopular figure (due in part to him failing to close a US military base in Okinawa thereby breaking a campain promise and monetary scandals). He resigned on July 2nd 2010. |
Recent happy event | Hatoyama's resignation | |
Favorite things | Baking cakes | |
Disliked things | Murder | 殺人 can be translated to manslaughter, but murder is more likely. It is an ironic dislike, as she is yandere, and by defintion almost certainly murderous. |
What happens when angry | A JSDF security maintance exercise | Japan does not have an army due to the restrictions Japan was forced to accepted after surrending to the United States in WWII. However, they are allowed a self-defense force, the JSDF, which is essentially an army that can only be used for defense. It is /not/ the same as the Japanese police. So, what this basically says is that when Tei gets pissed off, they have to call in the army. |
Goal of the VIP thread of her creation | Make a fictious, inexpensive Vocaloid to troll people | |
Mobile phone | INFOBAR |
* (As I recall her official website also used to have something similiar, but it seems to have been removed, probably in attempt to scrub some of her less desirable character traits when facing possible legal action from Crypton Future Media.)
